John is passionate about leveraging operational and strategic creativity as a competitive advantage. He specializes in driving operational disruption across the marketing and advertising journey, with a focus on integrating People, Product, Performance, and Pricing.
Recently, John has held senior positions including Director of Strategic Operations at TBWA\Worldwide, CFO at TBWA\Chiat\Day, CMO at F45 Inc., and COO at both DDB and 180. Earlier in his career, starting at Clemenger BBDO in 1995, he worked with notable agencies such as MoJo, Whybin, McCann, and Venables Bell & Partners.
John’s entrepreneurial flair extends beyond his professional roles. He contributes to the TrinityP3 offering via the influence of his other ventures, including projects in children’s literature, film and TV, and his own community-based business.
